Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using hireremoteteams.com or any services provided by HireRemoteTeams (a brand of Pillai Infotech LLP), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

HireRemoteTeams provides remote staffing and outsourcing services, connecting clients with pre-vetted professionals. We act as the employer of record for all placed staff. Service agreements are governed by individual service contracts signed between HireRemoteTeams and each client.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate requirements and timely feedback during the hiring process
• Treat all placed professionals with respect and in accordance with applicable laws
• Not attempt to directly hire, solicit, or recruit any HireRemoteTeams-placed professional outside of the agreed engagement (non-poaching clause applies for 12 months post-engagement)
• Make payments on time as per the agreed schedule
• Comply with applicable data protection laws when sharing data with remote team members

4. Payment Terms

Invoices are issued monthly in advance. Payment is due within 7 business days of invoice date. Late payment may result in a service hold. All rates are in USD unless otherwise agreed. Currency conversion charges are the client's responsibility.

5. Cancellation & Notice

Clients may terminate a monthly engagement with 30 days' written notice. Termination during a billing period does not entitle the client to a pro-rata refund. Early termination fees may apply for contracts with minimum commitment periods.

6. Replacement Guarantee

If a placed professional is not suitable within the first 30 days, HireRemoteTeams will source and place a replacement at no additional cost. After 30 days, replacements are available subject to a placement fee (details in individual service contracts).

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding each other's proprietary information, business data, client details, and technical information. All placed professionals sign comprehensive NDAs before commencing work.

8. Limitation of Liability

HireRemoteTeams' liability is limited to the fees paid in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes resulting from the use of placed professionals.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
